Terrible, they have 3 telephone numbers and none of them answer, they dial at different times of the day and they never answer, if they do not want to serve the customer and provide the information that is needed, it is better to remove the telephones, terrible service, terrible attention and terrible attitude
The attention of the employees is very good, it all depends on who it is, personally I was treated by 2 men and they treated me very well, they explained to me about the Apple service and about some Bose speakers.
A Bose speaker and its Second Generation Airpods Pro are totally worth it, I purchased those products today and I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Unpleasant experience at Tech People.
My airpods had a fault, and in order to fix it I had to go to the store 5 times and escalate directly with Apple people (since tech is Authorized Service); So they changed my airpods, but the problem was the box, which they did not realize at first was a problem and according to them the warranty does not apply, a reason that makes no sense since Apple's warranty policies apply to everything. the device as long as you have not damaged it, but they did not want to change it because Apple's policies were ambiguous, so I had to call Apple Inc. technical support, and something like that to accuse them because I did read the entire warranty, they made them change my box at no cost, after 5 visits (2 weeks)
So if you go to this place, read the fine print and you can turn around.
